The only Ford model currently being produced in convertible is the Mustang. I personally own a 2006 Mustang coupe and absolutely love it. The convertible is beautiful as well and also very reasonably priced. Also, the 2011 model is just coming out, the GT offers a 425 horsepower V8 if you'd like some power to go with the wind in your hair.
Yes, they did make a 1969 Hotwheels Mustang convertible in 2011. The car came in black and in electric blue and is available online at places like Ebay for about $10.

If you're talking stock and no tuning, the new 2011 Ford Mustang GT500 is supposed to go from 0 to 60 in around 3.9 seconds. Not sure, but the 2010 GT500 gets to 60 from 0 in 4.1 seconds. The 2011 Mustang GT with the new 5.0L V8 is 0 to 60 in 4.3 seconds. That beats Camaro SS and Challenger SRT8.
