first, you have to remove the wood trim on the bottom. this easily snaps out of place with plastic clips. after removing these, you have to remove 3? screws from underneath that. then, remove the air vents by pushing them all the way in to one side and pulling out and then remove the 4 screws under each one of thoes. then, remove the larger dash peice. it unclips. you may have to put the car in the lowest gear to remove this pannel.
