The 1993 Sable uses the old OBD l PCM (powertrain control module). It is located under the dash behind the glove compartment. If you are removing the PCM the electrical connector is on the firewall inside the engine compartment. There is a small bolt in the connector that you loosen as the connector is being pulled out. If you are looking for the diagnostic connectors, they are on the passenger side near the firewall, in the engine compartment.

The OBD ll syetem was not approved until 1996, so doubt if any '93 car had a connector for it.

If I am correct it should be behind your ash tray.. It is behind the ashtray...however OBD II began in 1996

the coolant temp is below the regulated temperature.. replace the thermostat and temp sender switch

Most likely if it is a 1991 it will be an obd-1 and typically the drivers side underneath the steering wheel.
