On a 2002 Ford Mustang : The fuel pump shut off switch ( inertia switch ) is in the trunk It is on the drivers side of the trunk , behind the trunk liner , near the tail light ( there is an access hole and the switch is to the left of the access hole )
If you are looking for a fuel cut off switch on that 86 S10, it doesn't have one. That's a Ford thing.

I assume you mean the fuel cutoff switch. The switch is in the trunk next to the driver side taillights. It's under the carpeting. You'll see the red push button on top.
