The coolant fan continues to run after the engine has cooled and then turned off. The fan continues to run and runs the battery down.
if the engine is running hot your fuel stopper may be bad and it's doing what is called dieseling or running backwards!

Beacuse its so hot, it will overheat if the radiator fan doesn't run after the engine is turned off. It usually will stop itself after 5 mins.
The engine cooling fan will continue to run because the engine is hot. Once the engine has cooled down the fan will shut off. If it never shuts off you may have a bad temp switch or relay.
When a fuel pump is going bad the engine might run rough or completely shut off. Many times the engine will start up and run find for a while. Eventually the engine will shut off and will not start.
Honda cars are designed to do this. When the engine is warm the fan will run up to 15 min. after turning the engine off.
if this is turbo you could have to much oil in and it gets into the turbo and will run on its own
