probably not you have a gas line leak
Copper is not recommended for natural gas lines because it can corrode and degrade when in contact with natural gas, potentially causing leaks or other safety hazards. It is important to use materials that are specifically designed and approved for use with natural gas, such as steel or flexible CSST (corrugated stainless steel tubing).
Replace the thermocouple. The skinny copper line that goes from the gas valve to the pilot and senses when it is lit.
no it isn't safe to drive.gas is highly flameable, and a gas leak will only lead to self destruction.
Autozone, advance auto...you got to make it up in segments or replace with one piece copper. home depot...If copper, remember to flare ends slightly where woven gas line clamps on or they can pop off.
Push it into a heated garage and wait.
gas line is probably frozen
A human being. Don't inhale through the gas line, will be really bad for you. Your best bet is to replace the line with a piece of either steel or copper tubing or even rubber gas line that you can get at any auto parts store. If it has rusted internally, it may have pin holes that will leak fuel on the ground or it may have flakes that will come loose while driving and plug the line or filter again.
The gas filter is in the fuel line next to the gas tank on the drivers side of the car.
Beside the gas tank on the drivers side attached to your fuel line below your car. If your car is used the last owner may of moved it, but it's got to be on the fuel line between the gas tank and the engine.
