If you own a trans am like me it pisses me off when people call it a firebird. firebirds usally come with the v6 but trans am always come with a v8..... except for one year (im not sure what year it was) the trans am came with a twin turboed Buick grand national engine

Wow....actually a Trans Am IS a Firebird. It's actually a Firebird Trans Am. The T/A is a package upgrade. Spoilers, engines, handling package, etc. The only Firebird that may be "better" than a T/A were some of the Formula versions. All the same performance mods but usually less weight. They didn't come with all the spoilers, etc. So if it pisses you off to hear your T/A called a Firebird, I submit you may be suffering from "little man" syndrome.
