you get in and drive
Yes, almost every car you encounter with snow/winter tires on them will be good in snow. It also depends on how you drive and the clearance of the car itself. Audi has a very low clearance so don't be stupid and start to go into 6" or more of snow. Snow in your definition might not be the same as mine. For me, snow= icy road, uphill, slush, unplowed road and 2"-3" of powdered snow. I drive a 3000GT VR4 with winter tires on it and it's the best dang car to me.
Any car can drive in snow. The performance of the engine, tires, and overall car would be greatly at risk though!
A caravan is like any other trailer. A strong tow car, good tires on both car and caravan, it's not a problem until the snow gets too deep.

It's advantageous in being a front wheel drive car, though, like front wheel drive cars are prone to doing on slick surfaces, it is prone to fishtailing. If you have good tires and know how to drive in snow, you should be alright with it. If not, then there really isn't a good that'll transform you from a poor driver in snow to an excellent one.
No it is not illegal to drive with snow on your car roof. But it is advised to remove it so that the snow doesn't fly off and block other drivers views.
Snow got into the tail pipe. As soon as it melts the light will go away :)
With a good set of snow tires it will go as good as any RWD car. Just put about 100 pounds in the trunk for extra weight over the drive wheels.
