Try changing the fuel filter.It's located under the drivers side of the vehicle next to the frame right between the driver and passinger doors.Also did you bleed the fuel line after installing the new fuel pump.You bleed it from the valve under the hood. The fuel pump relay on that 92 Blazer with the 4.3 engine is located under the hood, on the firewall, drivers side, if there is more than one relay there, it's the one closest to the drivers fender.

Check under the dash for vacuum leak or bad vacuum motor my 95 blazer was doing the same and the dealer said they replaced a unit on the firewall. They said that the whole dash had to come out to replace it. I think it was the control box with the doors in it. Anyway it was fixed 800.00 dollars later.
