A bad cylinder head gasket.
Have it pressure tested, the intake gaskets have probably failed.
Might be a vacuum leak
that is the only place to add to it!

yes but if it cycles really fast constantly then its probably low on freon and or has a leak somewhere.
did you leave the gas cap off and drive the car?
You may have a blown head gasket. This needs to be repaired before you drive the vehicle or you can blow your engine.
Your cooling system is empty of coolant and you must have a large leak somewhere.
