Your MIL ( malfunction indicator light ) will be lit and a code for your O2 sensor will be logged.

Eaisiest way to find out is get the VIN number off the jeep & call a Chrystler dealership & they can tell you by the VIN number.
it will make a puff puff sound while idling.
Shocks come in all lengths. You can go to autozone and tell them what type Jeep and if you lifted it .They will be able to help no problem.I have a 90 YJ and did the same thing.Even with the it lifted 2.5 inches.Good Luck! EJEEPERGUY
Your 1999 Jeep Wrangler cannot possibly be a Rubicon Model. The Rubicon package was not offered until the 2003 model and has been an option every since then.
You may want to start with the rad so you have more clearance I can tell you it will help!!
With out knowing the vin # it is hard to tell. Possibilities are 3.07, 3.73, or 4.11 Your axle may have a tag on it that could have one of those numbers on it.
It would be best for you to have it done by a qaulified mechanic.
The output speed sensor tell the computer what speed the trans output is turning to know when to shift.
