OR U CAN TAKE THE BLACK WHEEL GUARD DOWN FROM AROUND THE TIRE. MAKES IT A LITTLE HARDER TO GET TO, BUT U DONT HAVE TO TAKE THE QUARTER PANEL OFF. WHEN U LOOK UNDER YOUR HOOD, ITS NEXT TO THE WIPER FLUID RESEVIOR. OF COURSE THAT METAL PLATE IS THERE, SO THATS WHY U HAVE TO GET TO IT FROM THE WHEEL AREA.
