just open the gloves compartment and take the unscrew the Philips screw that hold
the plastic trim around the radio and then pull strait the right side and then pull right to disengage from the left side ... unscrew the two screws from the radio and pull the radio slowly ... disconnect the antenna wire and the radio from the manufacture plug.
there is a tricky lock on the plug ... use a long nose plier

If you are referring to the factory supplied radio, it is not a 'component' type radio. It must be removed from the dash and dis-assembled.
There is a frame around the radio that can be remove with a screw driver. Once this is remove you will be able to see four screws that need to be removed.
