currently trying to sort this out for my 05 plate focus and have been told i have to buy the mounts from Ford dealer for around £17.00
You can retro fit ISOFIX to all Focus models. I did it to a 99 model.
No
If you are talking Mk2 Focus, you need to purchase an ISOFIX mount kit from your Ford dealer (approx £15). This then attaches to pre-drilled holes (bolts supplied in kit - Torx size 10 I think) found under the base of backrest of the rear seats, one set on each side of the vehicle. You can see 2 black coloured blanks when lifting up the rear seats. I believe you have to remove the appropriate rear seat temporarily to fit the kit. TH - Derbyshire
