Chrysler Sebring 2002, 2.7V6 4 door LXi Sedan.
I shopped around and surprisingly, the best price I got was from my local Chrysler dealer. The water pump runs off the timing chain and is in an insanely ridiculous place - inside the engine crank-case. The boffins at Chrysler must have been very, very stoned when they approved that particular piece of design genius.
Labor charges make up most of the cost due to the pump's horrible location and the time it takes to get at it. Since you will have to spend the money getting to the pump, you would be mad not to change the timing chain while you're there. My car has done 127k on the original water pump, so should be good for at least another 100k now the job is done.
My trusted private mechanic's boss quoted be an eye-popping £2,088. Chrysler quoted $1,310 including tax. Parts and labor warrantied for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first. By comparison, my wife's Mercury Sable needed a water new pump and that cost $350.00, all in. Ouch.
Good luck with your repair!
It would be very expensive considering that car doesn't have a carburetor.
The Sebring is a Chrysler product. Replace the crankshaft position sensor before beginning any diagnosis.
The cost to replace a timing belt on a Chrysler Sebring can vary depending on the area you are in and if you do the job yourself or take it to a shop. You will have the cost of the belt and labor costs for the job if you take it to a shop.
Water pump gasket, head gasket, water tube,

See the following in this discussion list: Why is the water leaking into the frame well of your 1997 seabring convertible? Why is water leaking into the frame well of your 1997 Chrysler Sebring convertible? How do you unclog the rain water drain that is draining into the car? The best place to find an engine diagram for a Chrysler Sebring would be in the owner's manual. If you do not have your, contact Chrysler or check your library.
That depends on what size tires you have and what quality tires you buy. The tires could be between $80 apiece and $250 apiece.
If it blows while driving, I would replace the fuel pump. If it blows when trying to start, I would replace the starter.
Replace it with a longer cable. That is the safest and best way. You could splice another cable on to the original but I would not advise it.
If you just mean the actual lighter part itself( the part that pops out when hot),almost any vehicle lighter would work.
At the heater core itself.
