Pull brake drum, check for retaining plate that holds bearing, it's usually a 4 bolt square plate near the center of the axle. With the axle off, attach an axle shaft puller to the axle and slide the weight vigorously down the shaft until it pulls off. You will need to take the axle shaft to a shop that has a bearing press so that you can remove the old bearing and install the new one.
