Generally, if the fluid amount is not known for a manual transmission, you purchase 3-4 quarts of fluid (far more than it should need) open the fill plug, open the drain plug. Once drained, tighten the drain plug, and add fluid through the fill plug until it starts coming out of the fill plug hole. Mark down how much you used, then either return the unused fluid to the store, or put it on the shelf for later use.
