With proper maintenance probably 150,-200,000 miles Mine has 134000 and this truck runs like new! Motorkote (Centrum for vehicles)added to the oil and everything runs great! I plan on getting a lot more than that! I had a 1991 Buick that had 211,000 on it before getting rear ended and destroying my baby! She was barely broke in. I believe, that any car with proper maintenance can last a very long time. Sure parts need to be replaced due to wear and tear but look at what kind of work they do for us. Now you could also buy a brand new car and have a defect and boom, it is dead in 30,000. Remember you are NOT a race car driver... respect the car and it should respect you. Fix issues as soon or before they become a problem and it should last a while. My 2001 Sport Trac still gets 18 mpg. I own a 2001 sport track and i have 165,000 and i have not had any problems. I plan to get at least 230,000 out of it before i sell it

The average gas mileage for sport utility vehicle (SUV) is about 18 miles per gallon for gas only models. Some hybrids get as high as 35 miles per gallon.
The mileage from a 2004 Cavalier Sport can depend on several things. A well maintained engine with regular tune-ups will last significantly longer than a neglected engine. The vehicles can last over 200,000 miles.
