Factory ball joints do not have a grease fitting. If yours have been replaced, it is then possible it will have a fitting.
Check the front wheel ball joints. Even more likely is the wheels/tires are out of balance.

Remove the wheel. Remove the brakes and drum. Remove the tie rod. Pound the ball joint out with a hammer. Reverse the process to install the new ball joints.
