Air pressure close to surface of the earth is 1 atmosphere.

But as the altitude increases, air gets thinner in other words the molecules in air are farther than the one close to earth's surface.

This causes the atmospheric pressure to decrease as we increase in altitude.

No. At the junction of the small hose to the pressure is great

Why do Fans work but no hot air?

The fan is blowing air faster than it is going in the air, due to increased in velocity of air pressure will drop.... due to pressure drop, temperature will be decreased so we feel cold air. .... Sonu Paroche

Why the pressure drop is low in packed column?

air reduction

What do you mean by condenser airside pressure drop?

Condenser airside pressure drop refers to the decrease in pressure that occurs as air passes through the condenser coils in an air conditioning or refrigeration system. This pressure drop is influenced by factors such as the design and cleanliness of the coils, air velocity, and any obstructions that restrict airflow. A higher pressure drop can indicate reduced efficiency and performance issues in the system.

What kind of weather would be cause by a drop in air pressure?

A drop in air pressure typically leads to unsettled weather conditions, such as rain, strong winds, and potentially storms. This decrease in pressure can indicate the approach of a low-pressure system, which often brings precipitation and atmospheric instability.

When the moist humid air moves into an area the barometer will be?

The barometer will likely register a drop in air pressure as the moist humid air moves into an area. This drop in pressure is due to the warm moist air being less dense than cool dry air, leading to lower pressure readings on the barometer.

Is temperature related to pressure air?

Temperature is related to air pressure because the air pressure can determine the movement of wind. If cool winds move from areas of high pressure to low pressure zones, the temperature in that place will drop.

When you are moving higher to sky why do we suppose to get cold?

Because there is less air pressure, due to the drop in air pressure the temperature drops as well.

When you see a drop in air pressure what kind of weather is coming?

snow or rain

What is the tornado air pressure?

The air pressure inside a tornado is lower than the surrounding air, but the exact pressure can vary depending on the size and intensity of the tornado. In strong tornadoes, the pressure can drop significantly, but it is generally not the main factor in the tornado's destructive power.

What is the air pressure inside a cyclone?

The air pressure inside a cyclone is typically lower than the surrounding atmospheric pressure. This drop in pressure is due to the strong updrafts and intense low-pressure system created by the rotating winds of a cyclone.

What is needed in the air before a rain drop can form?

dust particals low air pressure and something else
