I had the same problem. In my case it was a bad door lock relay. I replaced that relay and they again work. In my case when I pressed the door lock switch I could hear the relay click, which was helpful in find the location of the relay. It is under the dash up close to the firewall, next to the heater box, right sdie of the dash brace.

It depends, some are in the door, some are in a fuse box.
There are 4 compnets to the power door lock circuit, the door lock lock/switch, wiring, relay and lock motors. Are the locks both locking and opening? If so probably a bad power door lock relay $30.00, either way I would say relay is the most probable and then wiring harness shorting next.
The door lock relay is bad and is causing your voltage drain. Relay needs replacing.
Vin the relay panel ,
There are two relays. One is Lock Relay and the other is Unlock Relay. They are located under the passenger seat
does the lock on the passenger door still work? if nothing from either door then check every fuse on the car. if all fuses are good then check the power door lock relay in the right front kick panel. if not that then remove door panel and check if the motor will work with direct current to the lock.
