A quad cab has four doors where an extended cab may have just two doors or two full doors and two smaller, reverse doors. A quad cab is basically a crew cab, though Dodge has a quad cab and a crew cab. The Dodge crew cab is a bit more spacious on the inside. If you have people in the back seat of a Dodge, the extended cab will have the least space for them, then the quad cab and the crew cab the most.

I FOUND THE HORN ON A 2007 SILVERADO CREW CAB INFRONT OF THE FRONT TIRE. YOU NEED TO REMOVE THE PLASTIC WHEEL WELL COVERING. INFACT THIS TRUCK HAS TWO(2) HORNS, ONE ON EACH SIDE. SO I AM GUESSING THE EXTENDED CAB IS THE SAME.

Yes, the bed dimensions are the same for 1999-2007(classic) there are only minor modifications to exterior/interior after 2002. As long as the truck topper is not for Crew Cab, full 4 doors, the bed will be the same.
