take a wire or unwraveled coat hanger and feed it up the tube from the bottom and the water should start draining once you clear the obstruction. The tube should be sticking out of the firewall on the passengers side, just remember where you would normally see the puddle in the past when you would stop after running the ac and look there, it will be the only open ended piece of tubing there.
