Turn your key to on, but don't turn the engine on. Pump the gas peddle three times slow and steady under 10 seconds that is. And then turn on the car and the light should go out!

If the change oil light comes on, then a person needs to change their oil. If a person changes their oil the light should turn off.
Brake light, on your 2000 Chrysler Concorde, by accessing it from the inside of the trunk. Take hold of the brake light, push in and turn. The brake light will come out.
Reach in from the bottom of the fascia. The socket takes about a quarter turn.
Remove the light assy and turn the bulbs counterclockwise.

Button broken? Original Delco stereos notorious for unreliability. I put a Sony system in my Intrigue when the Delco cassette player crapped out a few years ago.
I have a 2000 Olds Silohuette. I just reset the "Change Oil" light by turning the ignition to on(DO NOT START THE VEHICLE), pushing the accelerator down to the floor 6 times, turning the ignition off, and then starting the van. The light did not come on. Hopefully this will help.
