adjust the window lock mechanism (make it tighter). The lock adjustment is fairly obvious after pulling the finish panel from the tailgate. There are 2 nuts on studs which face the left side of the gate.Just undo these and adjust the lock mechanism to where ever you like. This helped my squeeking problem.

The spare tire is located under the rear of the truck. Insert the flat end of the tire iron into a hole located on the right side of the rear bumper and crank until the tired drops down to the ground.
In my 1998 Blazer, the tire iron is on the drivers side rear, inside a compartment with the jack and tire chocks, right below the window. three simple tabs to get in, pull out all three, lift cover off.
A squeaking noise from the rear left tire when turning is typically caused by a worn wheel bearing. The bearing supports the wheels as they turn. Could also be the brake pad "squealer" letting you know it is time to have the brakes serviced.
