I had the same problem figuring this out, and then I found the answer on another internet site. On the left side of the radio, there should be two large round knobs. The one on top is the on/off/volume control, and the one under it is the Channel selector knob. Underneath this bottom knob are two small, difficult to see buttons. One is for the hour, and the other is for the minutes. Insert the key, turn the ignition on, then turn the radio on. Push the button until the desired time appears.
