This worked for my Au 98 falcon sedan I also know that to reset the pads in an ED fairmont Station wagon is the same process except you have to depress the tail gate button instead of the demister button;
This method works for the Ba as well so i am told
how do i program a new central locking remote for an AU2 Ford Falcon
it should be in the same spot as the other fuses, but if u have a problem with your central locking you may just need to clean and lube the central locking units to get them working properly. My central locking on my 95 ef station wagon wouldn't work till i cleaned and used a bit of WD40 on the tail gate central locking unit and its been great ever since it should be in the same spot as the other fuses, but if u have a problem with your central locking you may just need to clean and lube the central locking units to get them working properly. inside the locking unit in the door is a plastic screw jack that breaks. it can be repaired easily if you can trace the part. easy fix Simon
probably because the door lock actuator for that door is faulty. i would test the actuator first.
It's basically the smartlock function. it basically immobilises your car so without the key, you can't start the car. Also I believe it has something to do with central locking.
Sounds like you need to repair or or replace the main master switch (The one that controls all the doors locks) that is on the drivers door.
The Aplomado falcon is only extinct in the US, and was last seen there in the 1950s. There are still falcons in Central and South America.
