Can you put a 350 gm motor in 97 ford f150
No
Check to see if you are getting power to the motor - if so probably a bad motor Check the operation of the switch
You will have to drill out the rivets. When reinstalling you can use bolts and nuts if you don't have rivets.
No it is the window motor. I had to replace 2 of mine in a 97 Cabalier.
u have to have the window rolled down about 4 inches. If the window is stuck up force it down and you can access 2 bolts holding it to the window. Only force it if you plan to replace the regulator.
if you take the door panel off, then the speaker out, then the plastic cover insulater, there should be 7 bolts with washers;undo those around the outside of the door. then the major panel will come off. two bolts hold the motor on. undo those and take the motor off the gears. then replace it with the new one and do the process in reverse.
Remove the door panel. Check the voltages supply to the motor wiring while someone works the switches. If you have the voltages - repair or replace the motor.
Check fuses and relays
93 to 97 are all the same. Look at http://autorepair.about.com/library/a/1i/bl070i.htm. They got pictures and instructions.
Take the inside door panel off and the water deflector paper and you will be able to see the window motor.
Depending on the year, 92 through 97. Yes! The motor is riveted to the regulator. You must remove as a unit, drill a hole in regulator arm and insert a bolt and nut to keep from springing back. Then drill out rivets to motor replace motor with bolts and remove bolt in regulator arm.
