Hello, According to the Chilton repair manual, the "neutral/reverse" switch must be fremoved from inside the transmission. The switch is on top and to the right beneath the air filter. But, the fluid pan and filter must be removed, then the valve body, and the switch removes from the inside. Aggrevating isn't it, I'm facing the same thing. Jasper
