I disagree with the other answer. The only thing I removed when replacing the lights in my Trailblazer was the air filter cover. The lights can be replaced without removing anything else as long as you are patient and careful. you must remove the chrome/painted trim piece entirely....there are several clips you must disengage to remove trim piece then pull up on tab, the bulb is located behind rubber.
