It's controlled by the PCM (computer)... there is no idle screw
the quad driver is a individual circuit within the PCM. you will need to replace the engine computer (PCM) in order to correct this issue.
We need at least two numbers on the PCM to match and replace it.

typically the pcm (power train control model) or layman's terms the "computer" can be located inside the cab of the vehicle take for example a 93 ford tempo the pcm is located under the dash above the hood latch. in other models under the hood driver side next to fire wall!
