Unless you have a damaged arm, then you only need to replace the wiper blade. It may appear that its all one piece, but it isn't. If you have a damaged arm, I apologize that the answer below doesn't answer your question. If you simply need a new rear wiper blade:
1. Buy the correct-fit replacements. The 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee takes a special 14" rear wiper blade for the special rear arm. You may have to go to your dealer or you may want to look into Trico Exact Fit Rear Integral Blades that fit these new special arms - you can find them online. (there may be others available that I am not familiar with)
The good news is - specialized rear arms do not automatically mean the wiper blade is difficult to change - it just means you need to get the right blade for easy (and successful) installation.
Please Note: correct replacement windshield wiper blades are not only correct length, but also correct attachment. Never just buy by length only. Always lookup your vehicle in an application guide at the store or now-a-days you can 'lookup wiper size' online. The key to an easy install is correct size/correct part numbers.
2. The new replacement wiper will have step-by-step, illustrated instructions. Take your new wiper blade and instructions out to your vehicle and physically get the old and new wipers in your hands and take a look. The instructions will make 100% sense once you're looking and touching them.
3. Most wiper replacements do not require tools and take approximately 2-15 minutes.

The 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee has a Jeep-Proprietary rear wiper blade that you'll probably have to go to the dealer to purchase. It may have instructions on the packaging or the dealer may tell you how to do it. If not, see sources and related links below for the most common wiper arm attachments and the corresponding wiper blade installation videos. Match up the arm attachment and view the appropriate video.

The 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee rear blade is an 11" blade. 11" can be hard to find so its ok to go with a 10" - you probably won't notice the difference. (Just for reference, the 97 Grand Cherokee also takes 20" wipers on both sides front)
You take it to autozone and they will show you

Since there are over 22 different wiper arm attachments, do not buy wipers just by length only - be sure to lookup exact wiper blade part numbers by vehicle make, model and year for the brand wiper you decide to purchase. This ensures correct length AND correct attachment.
The 2007 Suzuki Grand Vitara rear wiper blade size is a special 12" rear wiper blade that is very simple to replace once you find a replacement. I do not have the answer for the wiper arm, however I have an answer for the wiper blade:1. Be sure you get the right replacement wiper blade. The 2005 Jeep Cherokee has a special 14" rear wiper blade that fits the special rear arm. You can go to your dealer (which may be expensive) or you can look into 'Trico Exact Fit Rear Integral Blades' that snap right onto the special arm and look just like the factory original. They're available online.Note that just because its a special arm, does not mean its hard to change.Important: When buying windshield wiper blades be sure to always look up your make, model and year in the application guide book at the store
