If this is a RWD Cutlass Supreme, ask the question again as:
"How do you replace rear axle bearing on olds cutlass supreme?"
Otherwise, remove the rear brake rotors and calipers if 4 wheel disc, drums and shoes if rear drum.
Disconnect the rear wheel speed sensor electrical connector if 4-wheel ABS.
Unbolt the four bolts holding the hub and bearing assembly to the spindle. I believe you will need a t45 or t50 socket. If you don't have a socket of the appropriate size, buy one. Remember that cheap sockets ruin bolts and ruined bolts ruin days.
Use a hammer (about 1.5 to 2 pounds) to knock the assembly free. Hit it on the left side, right side, top, and bottom alternately.
Use a bit of grease to ease reinstallation.
