If you're talking about the "third brake light", the one that's in the middle of the rear window:
The light housing pulls off. It's held on by plastic clips but it comes off fairly easy.
Once the cover is off, you can just turn the lights to get them out.
If you're asking about the two side lights, pull the trunk liner out of the way then turn the lights counter clockwise about 1/4 turn to get them to come out.
There was a manufacturing problem with the original equipment brake light sockets which allowed many to fail prematurely. Saturn attempted to replace all of the brake light assemblies through a recall campaign. If your brake light assembly has not already been replaced, contact your local Saturn dealer.

Take out the two screws and replace one or both of the lamps.
Its a whole led unit replace whole deal not bulb
Remove the wiring harness from the high mount brake light. Remove the retaining screws. Reverse the process to install the new high mount brake light.
If you can't get to the back of the light through the trunk, you have to remove the light to change the bulb from the rear.
