Lift the hood and look on the top of outside part of the plastic headlight assembly. Take out the hex head screw with a 10 mm socket. The fake plastic light assemby outside of the headlight will now come off. Take out the hex head screw behind this assembly and the two hex head nuts connecting the the upper side of the headlight assembly to the body. The whole headlight assembly will now come out. Unplug the sockets. You will need a small torx screwdrive to remove the screws holding the lamp assembly. Twist the socket and it will come out. Give your local autoparts store $10 for a new bulb and socket.

Open the hood. There are three hex head bolts that hold each headlamp to the van. Remove each bolt and gently pull headlamp out from grill using the small handle-like grip. The headlamp will remain connected to the van with the lightbulb socket. Twist the collar away from the bulb then pull the bulb assembly out of the headlamp. Replace bulbs and reassemble components.
Remove the air intake splash shield from the vehicle. Remove the 2 headlamp retaining bolts. Remove the lamp assembly from the front of the vehicle. Detach the headlamp connector. Remove the headlamp bulb retaining ring. Remove the headlamp bulb from the headlamp.
Open the hood and find the electrical lead into the headlamp: that plugs directly into the bulb, which is screwed into the headlamp. You just need to remove the plastic shield over the back of the headlamp to gain access, unplug the electrical lead, and unscrew the bulb. Replace the bulb, reattach the lead, and reinstall the shield. A 10-minute job!
