IMPORTANT!!! WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT SPIN THE FRONT WHEELS WHILE THE VEHICLE IS OFF!!!! THIS WILL CREATE POWER AND COULD HURT/KILL YOU!!!
ok.. well if your are talking about front brake pads you will need to follow these steps: first remove both the caliper bolts holding the caliper to the cage bracket. Once removed, pull of the brake caliper and remove the brake pads. Lubricate "with special grease" all contact points the pad with contact. INSTALL new pads. Next you will need to depress the brake piston to set the caliper back into place. There are special tools used to do this but mainly mechanics only have them. in this case a basic c-clamp tool from your local hardwear store will do. use the old brake pad as a flat service to push the caliper back into its rest positon SLOWLY!!! if you do it fast you can pop out the piston. Once it is retradcted put the caliper back on along w/ the two bolts, tighten them up, SET THE PEDAL BEFORE DRIVING!!!! do this by gently pushing the brake pedal to the floor about 10 times (NOT ALL THE WAY, ONLY ABOUT HALF WAY) then your done.

Sticking caliber. Flush the brake system and install fresh brake fluid, then bleed the brakes. If that does not help, replace both calibers and brake pads on the axle where the brakes are grabbing.
