It is a fairly good size job. Remove the Hub, locking or manual. This requires an Alan wrench set. Using needle nose pliers, remove the inner gear that locks the hub in 4x4. Then remove a locking ring that is right at the edge of the hub mouth. All you need for this is an awl. Then you'll be able to see the large locking ring that holds the bearings in. There should be a c-clip around the axle you need to remove. As you remove parts, lay them out on a rag in the order they are removed. You will need a large socket avalible from most auto parts to remove the outer bearing locking ring. Then there is a ring with holes around it that comes off. That will expose the inner locking ring. It is removed with the same large socket. After removing that ring, the entire rotor should come off. Be careful not to damage the inner bearing or the grease seal while removing the rotor. That will expose the spindle. There are 6 bolts around the spindle flange. You need not worry about holding the inner bolt head with a wrench, they will hold theirself. After removing those nuts from the spindle flange. you will have to use a chisel, punch and a hammer to work the spindle loose. Take your time and rotate the prying around the flange. When you do get it loose, the spindle will slide off. Be care not to damage the small needle bearing that is in the inner part of the spindle. Take your time and slide the axle thru the spindle. That's it. It will probably take 2 to 3 hours. Just reverse the process when installing. Goddukee@AOL.com
