The plastic headlight assembly is held in by two clips. Pull them up to release the assembly. The headlights and turn signal lamps are quarter (90°) twist-in sockets, and also need to be disconnected before you can remove the entire assembly from the car. The bulbs plug into the sockets once they are removed from the assembly.

If you're referring to the bulbs themselves, it's very easy. Pop the hood and pull up on the two white plastic tabs behind the headlight assemblies. This releases the entire headlight assembly. Remove the black rubber cover behind the turn signal bulbs and unscrew the turn signal assembly. Once that is removed, you can pull out the bad bulb and replace it with a new one.
