how do u replace the lower ball joint on a 1997 ford mustang
Begin by removing the wiring harness from the back of your 1997 Pontiac Bonneville headlight. Remove the headlight assembly retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install your new headlight.
There are 4 screws located under the rubber on the edges of the headlight. These have to be removed in order to get the headlight out.
You replace the bulb the same as a 1998, which is answered further down the page.
There are two metal clips behind the each headlight. Pull these upward, and the entire headlight will come out very easily. To replace the bulb, do so without touching the glass parts of the halogen bulb, and replace the headlight. Secure with the two clips. See, it was easy.
Actually, it's located in the CCRM (constant control relay module) which is in behind the passenger front fender. It is a module with 5 relays (AC, Fuel pump, etc..). You can try to replace the relay ($10), the module used ($50-70) or buy brand new ccrm from Ford for $240. Your call. Get a wire diagram of the ccrm and replace the right relay if you go that route.
if you just pull on it real hard it should just pop out
The module is located behind the headlight switch on the drivers side of the car, it is black in every model from 93-97 while the 98's have a white one with keyless entry capability, it is on a bracket against the cruise control module which is silver. so, drivers side, in the dash, behind the headlight switch, just pop out the headlight switch and you'll see it.
You can swap a 1997 Mustang V6 into a 1968 Mustang. You will need to make several modifications to the 1968 Mustang.
