In order to remove the radio from a 1984 to 1986 Chevy Celebrity you must remove the trim panel in front of the radio. To remove the trim panel:
1. Pull out and remove the glove box. Then reach up through the opening and remove 5 nuts from their plastic studs.
2. Remove the ash tray and its slide . Remove the panel from below the dash.
3. Reach up behind the dash and disconnect the wire to the cigar lighter then remove the nut that holds the cigar lighter socket in place. Pull the socket out the front of the trim panel.
4. There is a quick release button on the light switch knob. It is on the side of the knob at the back. Push the release and pull the knob off of the stem.
5. Carefully unscrew the nut from around the shaft the know was on.
6. There are now tabs at either end of the trim panel that go into the metal dash on each side of the car. Pull gently out on the center of the trim panel so the tabs will come out of their slots.
7. If there is a rear window defogger unplug its plug from the back of the switch.
8. You should now be able to maneuver the trim panel out and put it aside.
9. The radio is held in by three screws, remove them. Pull the radio out enough to unplug the wire harness and the antenna wire.
Reverse the instructions to put the radio back in.

Does your 1986 Chevy Celebrity have the 2.5L 4 cylinder engine or the 2.8L V6?
Assuming you have a mpfi engine it is in the throttle body.
The PCV sits in a rubber grommet in the top of the valve cover.
I would suggest that you take your car to a wheel shop and see what they have that will work.
To replace the dome light bulb first remove the lens. If you gently squeeze the sides of the lens it will come out. Remove the old bulb, put in the new bulb. The lens snaps back in place.
Its right up front. Piece of cake to change!
The heater blower motor is under the hood bolted to the heater plenum on the passenger side of the car.
TheChevy Celebrity engine wiring harness would not likely be available new from Chevrolet. The only likely source would be a wrecking yard and prices there vary widely from yard to yard.
It is in the oil pan, you will need to remove the oil pan to service it.
