REAR SPEAKER - JR41 Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable. Fold down the rear seat backs. Remove C-pillar trim. Remove lower quarter trim behind rear seat backs. Remove fasteners from rear shelf trim. Pull out trim to access speaker. Remove speaker screws. Disconnect wire harness connector. Remove speaker (REAR SPEAKER-JR41). REAR SPEAKER - JR27 Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable. Using a trim stick, pry the speaker grill from the trim panel. Remove speaker mounting screws (REAR SPEAKER - JR27). Remove speaker from trim panel. Disconnect wire harness connector from speaker.

i figured it out you have to remove the still plates by the drivers seat on the floor, then you have to remove the rear seat and seat belts , then pry the trim off or interior panel starting by the side closest to the drivers door and work your way inward installation opposite of removal for the 3rd door rear remove the trim around the interior handle , then unscrew the 2 bolts in the cup holder and armrest then pry off the panel with a trim removal tool if you don't have a trim removal tool a flathead screwdriver works too but you have to be extra careful with the screwdriver so as not to damage or break the trim panel. installation reverse of removal.
