Not possible. You have to remove the whole light assembly.
If you want to remove the BMW headlight lens simply follow the user manual.
After you take the headlight out, remove the metal clips holding the lens on. The lens has to be pried off because there is silicone there to keep it together
If your headlight lens need surface oxidation cleaned from them you do not need to remove them. You can clean them on the car with Pittman's Original One Step Acrylic lens restorer. It takes only a few seconds for each lens and does not require any tools. http://www.ibc34.com/Before-and-After.html

Actually.. to take the headlight lens apart, put the Oven on 200, put the headlight assembly in oven for a few minutes at a time, as the headlight assy heats up, the adhesive will loosen up making it easy to remove the lens. For a demonstration, go to Youtube and type in "How to remove headlight lens from assembly"

Remove Front Grille. Remove Electrical Connectors. Remove Bolts (3 ea). Pull out Headlight Assembly.
I assume you mean HEADLIGHT LENS.. .. there are 3 bolts on the back, remove, pull out headlight. Remove clips and broken lens. Replace gasket, lens and put on clips FRONT TO BACK so you don't chip the lens. Reinstall with 3 bolts on back.
If its like a 99, you have to remove the entire front bumper. That's what I had to do on mine. It was a total pain! Good luck!
Not they are sealed.
If you're talking about the headlight, the "lens cover" is not a separate part, you need to replace the whole headlight assembly.
