First remove the plastic radiator cover, then you can see 3 screws that hold the light in place. Take them out. There is a plastic retainer in the middle of the assembly that you have to depress with a screw driver to fully release the assembly. Unplug the electric connection. The unit is now free and you can gain access to the covers for the lamps. They are removed with a hex driver.
First remove the headlight assembly by removing the grill. Remove the bulb. It can be tricky to remove the grill if you are not careful. Remove the clips that hold in place. Install the new headlight.
You have to remove the front bumper, remove the headlight assembly. then take the fog light bulb out.
You remove a few bolts to remove the entire headlight assembly. There is a video on YouTube on exactly this. Do a search for Forenza Replace.
you have to remove the two screws on top of the headlight assembly then you have to reach under the headlight between the headlight and the bumper and pull it out.i'd use a piece of cloth to cover the chrome on the bumper this vaw you don't scratch it.once you pull out the assembly then unplug it and change the bulbs you want..
You must remove the front bumper to access the headlight.
To remove the headlight assembly you need to remove the front bumper cover. There are two bolts and one stud with a nut that hold the headlight in. Two of the fasteners are behind the bumper cover. Took me about two and a half hours. Make sure the problem is the bulbs. When it happened to me the bulbs were ok. The real problem was the relay was not grounded. The ground is what the switch controls.
Open the hood and then examine the top of the headlight assembly and locate the two pins that can be pulled up and out of the assembly. Then rotate the headlight Assembly out of the front of the grille and change the headlight bulb...reverse the process
there are two screws holding the light assembly to the car. Remove the two and replace after removing headlight
You will need to take the complete headlight assembly loose or out to get to the bulb to change it.

This just isn't something that you want to do. Remove engine shroud, grill, bumper on the side that you're working on, inner fender fasteners - then you can get to the 4 bolts that hold the headlight assembly in. Did it yesterday - won't do it again. 5 hours :-(
To replace the front turn signal bulb in a 2005 Montana, you have to access it from the engine compartment. Undo the front headlight assembly as per the instructions noted elsewhere. There is one screw (machine Head) on the outboard side of the headlight assembly, and one 'thumb screw' on the inner side to the assembly. I found it difficult to remove the headlight assembly, and I have found you don't have to. (You can break the housing, so don't try taking it right out) Just loosen it enough to get your hand behind the assembly. I would also suggest you remove the plastic fasteners from the top of the front bezel in order to make loosening the headlight assembly easier, and to prevent the possibility of damaging or breaking the front bezel. The plastic fasteners are easily removed with just a pair of pliers. Once the headlight assembly has been moved forward slightly, you can get your hand down the opening, and feel for the turn signal lamp assembly. Twist to remove. There is enough wire in the harness to bring the lamp assembly to 'the surface' where you can replace the bulb easily. Replace bulb and test. After testing, replace headlight, and then plastic fasteners at the top of the front bezel.
