All late model Ford products are the same; the radio has two holes on either side of the face. These holes are about an inch and a half apart. Ford makes a special tool for removing the radio. You may be temped to use Allen wrenches or small screw drivers. DO NOT DO THIS. It will damage the clips and make it difficult to remove the unit. buy the tool. They are inexpensive and can be found at any auto parts store.
Inset the tool on both sides and gently pull forward on the whole unit.

Never heard of a factory amp. If you're talking about the fusible link, it is located between the battery and the ignition switch, or the battery and the fuse panel or distribution box. If you are talking about the primary battery fuses, they are located next to the battery, just remove the cover.
I sent a goalie stick through my Division 1 college team to the Bauer Factory in Greenland, NH. There may be others as well, but there is one in New Hampshire for sure.
