Rear seat cable latch system broken and does not work. Seat does not pull forward to allow access to the 3rd row.
you have to remove the driver seat belt and remove the panel it is behind there

It is the silver box located under the drivers seat underneath the carpeting It powers the rear door speakers and such.

The rear seat is not designed to be removed. You can remove the center seat and slide the rear seat forward.
The Chevy Tahoe has 1 drivers seat and 7 passenger seats. The Tahoe is a very expensive car.
Some tahoe's seat 5 and some seat 7. you must buy one that has "3rd row seating" to seat 7
Remove the bolts fastening the rear seat cushion (Figure 7.52).Remove the rear seat cushion assembly.Remove the screws and remove the side rear seat back (Figure 7.53).Remove the lower bolts fastening the rear seat back.Tightening torque - 17-26 NmFlip forward the rear seat back, remove the bolts and remove the back seat.Tightening torque - 17-26 Nm
The rear seat isn't designed to be removed. If you have a center bench seat you can remove that by unclipping it, then slide the rear seat forward.
