How do you remove outside mirror Ford F350?

Remove electric window switch holder by pulling up on it. Remove screw next to door handle holding top of door panel. Remove red reflector plate mid-door and remove screw under it. Now you should be able to push up on bottom of door panel and panel should slide straight up doing this slowly so you can feed window switches through hole. Under anti-noise blanket, you will have to carefully peel away from dor, you will find bolts that hold mirror in place. Don't forget that you have electric wires going to it. You will need to disconnect the connector by door handle and feed the wires through the whole to get the morror off the truck. I did this on my 2003 F350 and had no problems except to remember to feed wiring slowly.
