front pass. side inner fender well, remove inner fender . You will then see the dryer . there is a black cap , remove , this is where the charge line goes
You don't remove the fender; the battery is behind the inner fender well behind the rear driver's-side tire.
Remove left front wheel, remove inner fender well, remove battery.
Remove the driver's side rear wheel; remove the inner fender well behind the wheel.
the low side service port is behind the passanger side inner fender well most people will pull the wheel off then the inner fender but i have found it easier just to lay on the ground and reach in behind the fender there is a larger black cap that you have to remove to access the service port
it's in the right fender well. remove inner fender and you'll see it.
the proper way is to remove the pass side inner fender well. then replace the motor. through the years many have just opted to cut a hole in the inner fender to access the blower motor. then cover the hole with a slightly larger piece of sheet metal and screw it inside the inner fender well to cover the hole.
Inner fender
It is on the back wall of the left front fender well - remove the tire and wheel - you must remove the wheel well liner to get at it.
Remove the left front (driver's side) front tire. Looking inside the fender well itself locate the screws and plugs that hold the plastic wheelwell to the metal fender. Remove them and pull the plastic fender well away from the back of the well. Underneath you will see the A/C ports.
It is necessary to either remove the passenger side fender or inner wheel well to access the heater fan in a 68 camaro.
It is behind the drivers front tire. You will have to remove part of the inner fender well to get to it.
