the electrical one or the key side? remove the steering column cover from around the column put the key in the ignition turn it to run which is right before start.under neath the lock assembly in the middle is a small fin looking button push it up with a small screwdriver and slide the lock cylinder out .It will ONLY come out or go in with the key in the run position.the electrical switch is on the opposite side of the column unplug it after lock cylinder is out and unscrew it pop it out
