Call local dealer or locksmith for replacement.
If I understand correctly you lost the key and the ignition still works. If this is true go to a dealer they should have a replacement key to buy.
Either call a loclsmith or remove a door lock- may be easier access If you remove the ignition why not just put a new one in,it comes with a key
There is a lock ring on the inside of the dash where the switch connects. You need to remove this lock ring to remove the switch from the dash.
You must remove the steering wheel. There are some special tool that make this much easier.

If you lost the keys and you can prove that you are the titled owner. The Chrysler dealer can order an ignition key with the VIN number. You may have to have the door locks replaced, if the door key is different from the ignition key. If that fails, try an auto electric shop to get the locks changed, maybe even a locksmith.
Put your keys in it. If those were lost along with your FOB, contact a Chrysler dealership. They might be able to help you if you can prove ownership.
