I have the same truck. Driver side of the engine, on top of the valve cover there's a cap with a hose coming out. Unscrew cap and add oil there.
Remove centre cap, undo nut(s) and drift off the spline. You may need to use a "puller" to achieve this.

To remove hubs on an automatic 1996 Ford F150, first remove the silver cap that has 3 Torx screw using a Torx screw driver. Secondly, there is a snap ring inside the next part where those Torx screws came out of; remove it using the correct hub socket. The hubs come right off after removing the ring.
Is there a picture of distributor cap firing order for 2003 ford f150 4.2 engine
The rubber cap has a lip that goes over a metal rim. Use a small screwdriver at the edge to lift and remove,,Chris

It is called a servo. you have to remove the cover and replace the seal.

There isnt one, you just press and release the cover and remember..there is no filler cap underneath the cover!!
Find the cap at the top of the valve cover. Remove the cap and add the oil.
